The airline Ryan Air has seen a spectacular rise. It was founded in 1985 in Dublin (Eire) by Thomas Anthony "Tony" Ryan, a 49-year-old wealthy Irish businessman in association with Liam Lonergan, owner of the tour operator "Club Travel ". Universally known as "low cost", it has found a favorable ground for their development. Historically, it is the first passenger-carrying low-cost airline in the wake of the airmail companies. At the time, it was a small company operating exclusively on the Dublin - London line from Waterford, an airport located in the south-east of Ireland, arriving at London Gatwick. But in 1986, a second line was opened from Dublin to London Luton International Airport. From the first year of operation, with only two aircraft and two lines, it transported 83,000 passengers between Dublin and London. With a large capacity, this mechanism can carry from 366 to 524 passengers depending on the version. It was the only aircraft of this type on the market, until the arrival of the Airbus A380. It imposes a higher rotation of the planes because it is ashore that the apparatuses cost most to the company, the removal of the business class (so there will be more than one class), the use of a single device model to facilitate maintenance, the removal of non-essential services such as booking seats and the distribution of free drinks. In addition, it advocates the use of secondary airports, which offer services at a much lower cost. In 2002, it created a new "hub" in Frankfurt airport, then Milan - Bergamo in Italy, Skavsta, which serves Stockholm, Rome - Ciampino, and Girona, airport near Barcelona. It inaugurated 66 new lines, bringing the total to 127 in 2003, spread around 11 bases. Click for Ryan Air Discount codes.
